Every Kingsway Decor order ships with free tracking. Here's how to follow yours from our warehouse to your door.
1. Check your email
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow it. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Track your parcel
- Your order status page: open the link in your order confirmation email, or log in to your account to see your orders and tracking.
- 17TRACK: paste your tracking number at 17track.net to see every step of the journey.
- Australia Post: once your parcel reaches Australia, you can also track it at auspost.com.au.
3. How long will it take?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after it's first issued, so don't worry if it looks quiet at the start.
